Assistant Farm Conservation Adviser

Due to an increased demand for our services we are seeking to appoint an Assistant Farm Conservation Adviser to work with our Herefordshire team of three Advisers.  The Assistant Adviser will support team members with applications to Environmental Stewardship Schemes and work on mapping tasks.   We offer a flexible working environment and a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills by working alongside a committed, experienced team of staff and volunteers.

Candidates should possess:

• A good knowledge of modern farming, ideally supported by practical experience
• a sound understanding of the countryside, wildlife and landscape issues 
• a well organised approach to work and excellent IT skills

Starting salary is £15,240 - 17,752 pa plus a 9% pension contribution.
